is a non-profit educational institute offering support to communities of mentors, trainers and researchers to strengthen their knowledge and practices. We are based in Le Mans, France.

We design, coordinate and implement support programmes for international mentors, trainers, including teachers, and researchers. Our actions are aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of their place in their respective professional communities and developing their daily practices.

Our programmes comprise the creation and dissemination of knowledge and resources, as well as hosting events. We foreground reflective practice and the co-creation of knowledge on sustainability, communication methods, technological tools, career paths, quality of life, and lifelong learning.

Our knowledge creation and dissemination processes are designed through blending the six Mtracs Flavours in various ways.
